Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and client preferences.
• Agile Practices: Utilize agile methodologies to manage product backlog, conduct grooming sessions, and ensure efficient execution.
• Cross-Time Zone Collaboration: Work effectively with teams located in different time zones including PST, EST, IST, and GMT 13.
• Testing and Verification: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business User Acceptance Testing (BUAT), and post-production bug verification with development and QA teams.
• Documentation: Document technical requirements as features, sub-features, and EPICs, providing detailed walkthroughs to the development team.
• New Product Development: Create business cases, project goals, and analyses for new product development initiatives. Gather requirements from key stakeholders and create detailed product roadmaps.
• Process Management: Create, maintain, and monitor product management processes to ensure excellence in execution. Drive product development projects from inception to completion, managing risks and resolving issues in real-time.
• Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with engineering teams and external partners, defining joint roadmaps and managing multiple product development workflows simultaneously.
• Post-Launch Management: Drive product adoption post-launch, collaborating with the business development team to meet budgeted revenues. Continuously enhance digital products to stay ahead of market trends.
• Status Reporting: Work with project managers and development managers to create and manage daily and weekly status reports.

Key Skills:

• Technical Product Ownership: Experience in managing tech product owner positions, particularly with back-end services or Java projects.
• Agile Certification: Certified in Agile methodologies with practical experience.
• Product Backlog Grooming: Skilled in managing and refining product backlogs.
• Domain Expertise: Experience in banking and mobility domains, with a strong understanding of fintech product development.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with teams across different time zones.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of 5-7 years as a Product Owner/Manager.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong documentation and technical requirement definition skills.
• Ability to ideate, gather requirements, and create product roadmaps for digital product development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product development processes and drive projects to successful completion.
