Position Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) - Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary:

The SRC Site Reliability Center plays a crucial role in supporting all infrastructure within the bank, ensuring 24/7 operations of enterprise support and technology. This position is responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations to keep the bank running smoothly. The role involves overseeing process pillars, observability, and collaborating with product owners to establish policies and procedures while holding product vendors and the SRE tools team accountable.

Responsibilities:

- Gather and apply feedback for tools, identify any challenges or gaps, communicate issues to the tools team, and ensure timely resolutions

- Prioritize backlog of tool-related issues and contribute to the lifecycle management of each tool by taking ownership

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical expertise in implementing solutions

Skills:

- Proficiency in agile/scrum methodologies and project management

- Experience in Product Management and understanding of Observability tools

- Ability to perform Data Analysis and familiarity with Incident Management processes

- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and other relevant tools

- Familiarity with big panda, dynatrace, logscale, splunk, SRE Principles, DevOps & CI/CD, Cloud Technologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role
