Position Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) - Phoenix, AZ (must be willing to work 8 AM - 5 PM EST for a few months, then it may change to MST)
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team where you will be responsible for gathering and implementing feedback for various tools, identifying areas of improvement, liaising with the tools team to address concerns, managing the backlog of issues, and overseeing the lifecycle of specific products. A background in technology is essential, with experience in banking considered a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and apply feedback for tools
- Communicate struggles or gaps to the tools team
- Hold the team accountable for providing resolutions
- Prioritize backlog of issues
- Contribute to the lifecycle of specific tools/products
Skills:
- Agile/Scrum methodology
- Project management experience
- Product management skills
- Understanding of Observability tools
- Data analysis capabilities
- Proficiency in Incident Management
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Flex Skills:
- Experience with Big Panda, Dynatrace, Logscale, Splunk
- Knowledge of SRE Principles, DevOps & CI/CD practices
- Understanding of Cloud Technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
Experience:
- Level 2: 3-5 years of relevant experience
