Job Summary:

Part-time Position 5-10hrs a week Mon-Friday no weekend.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our event team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about event/decor/balloon sales. Must live in Grand Rapids, MI or surrounding cities such as: Kentwood, Wyoming, Grandville, etc.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and referrals

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals

- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals

- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Slack, to manage leads and track sales activities
