Partnership is seeking an experienced, adaptable leader to work closely with the program director in overseeing and ensuring efficient and effective service in the largest department in the agency. This position is eligible for all company standard benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 yrs. of program/non-profit management or social work experience required
  • 2 yrs. of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in non-profit management, public administration, business, social work, or similar required.
  • Master’s Degree in above preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
  • Effective oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Keen analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to and meet program needs.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Assists the Director in monitoring, assessing, and implementing new and improving existing internal system/processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, cost effectiveness, premiere client care, and best practices.
  • Ensures confidentiality of agency information pertaining to staff and clients and any other information of a confidential nature.
  • Maintains working knowledge of general social work/social services best practices and trends to inform and influence decisions, policy/procedural practices and compliance, and awareness of community/client needs.
  • Assists the Director in the execution of grant activities, including: tracking metrics/outcomes, monitoring progress, implementing corrective actions, preparing and submitting corresponding reports.
  • Supports and assists the Director in monitoring grant compliance as well as identifying, securing, and administering new grants/grant-funded programs.
  • Provides meaningful, regular supervision to assigned staff.
  • Monitors and regularly reviews existing program policies and procedures and assists in the implementation of new policies/procedures as needed/appropriate.
  • Performs other duties related to this position as determined necessary.
