Job Description Summary
DLA Piper is seeking an Attorney to join its Litigation group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts and excellent research, writing and analytical skills. Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred. Candidates with experience handling multi district litigation is a plus. This position is open to all U.S. offices with a preference for Arkansas based attorneys.
This is a non-partnership track position.

Pay TransparencyIn accordance with California, New York, and Washington's Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in California, New York, or Washington is $235,000-$275,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
