Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) *Signing Bonus!

Summary: SUDP will work with parents working to reunite with their children. The programs offered at Partners with Families and Children (PFC) provide specialized treatment for men and women. The SUDP is responsible to provide quality assessment and placement recommendations, treatment services to individuals with substance use disorders, using evidence-based and promising practices, effectively meeting the need of PFC's clientele, and documenting treatment and case management service provision in a manner pursuant with all WAC requirements.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.

Education/Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:

  • An AA in Addictions Counseling,
  • OR a Bachelor’s degree in a Social Science field to include the required classes in Addictions counseling
  • a minimum of one (1) year or more paid experience as a Substance Use Disorder Professional
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates/Licenses: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be certified as a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) by the Washington State Department of Health.
