Description

Basic Qualifications :

  • Active Top-Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an SCI.
  • Must undergo a CI POLY.
  • Years of Experience : 7 - 10 years
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within related field.
  • Provide positive, well-communicated response and closure of all customer inquiries.
  • Direct all incoming documentation to the appropriate person or database within 2 business days of receipt.
  • Deliver priority messages based on urgency.
  • Capture details of all actions in shared log or within the appropriate PeopleSoft security modules.
  • Return all phone messages within one business day of receipt.
  • Coordinate customer support activities across all Personnel Security Branches as customer inquiries are received to deliver the applicable answers.
  • Create and deliver reports and applicable procedure updates on or before the suspense date and with 100 percent accuracy when requested by Division Chief.

Salary Range :
