This position is an administrative role with a focus on organizational communication, benefits, and serves as primary back-up and support to benefits and payroll processing. This role includes H.R. related company-wide communication and additional responsibilities as needed. This role is fully in office.Job Responsibilities:Serves as second point of contact/back-up for payroll-related questions and processes.Handles benefit and claim-related questions. Processes payroll in absence of Benefits & Recruiting Manager.Audits benefit carrier invoices and forwards to the Benefits and Recruiting Manager for approval and processing.Makes updates and any needed corrections to benefits within ADP and works with benefit carriers as necessary.Designs and generates content for monthly internal newsletter.Creates and posts company messages to Parman
