Job Title: Payroll and HR Coordinator

Parkway Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility located in La Mesa, California. We are dedicated to elevating the employee experience while simultaneously ensuring the residents we serve receive the best possible care!

Responsibilities:

Payroll & HR:

• Manage and process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, changes, and terminations.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate enrollment and changes.

Accounts Payable:

• Review and verify invoices and check requests.
• Sort, code, and match invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Set invoices up for payment and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and correspond with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR and AP (2 years preferred)
• Proficiency ADP, and accounts payable systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
