The Donor Relations Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy to increase Parks & People’s annual revenue from individual givers. The primary purpose of this position is to cultivate new individual givers and move current individual givers to increase their financial support. This requires the ideation and research needed to develop an executable plan to acquire new donors, retain existing ones, and deepen the donor relationship that results in increased giving from some. Therefore, this position plays an integral role in growing a culture of philanthropy that is respectful, ethical, and transparent with donors and also meets the organization’s fundraising needs.
