Parkland USA is Hiring a Commercial Fuel Sales Acct Rep Near Miami, FL

The Sales Account Representative strategically generates, qualifies, and closes new business opportunities and manages an existing book of Cardlock business, in a defined geographical region. They will prioritize targeted goals with the primary objective of creating profitable new business partnerships and further growing existing
business relationships.

Location: Miami, FL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire new business relationship, including prospecting, cold calls, lead generation, creating opportunities, closing business deals, and realizing the customer's initial purchases.
  • Manage and retain current book of business to strengthen relationships and create new organic growth.
  • Manage the new account set up process, interfacing with Credit, Billing, Account Management and Customer Service team members to establish a seamless customer onboarding experience.
  • Compile weekly sales recaps on achievements, losses, and competitive information. Update and maintain a database with accurate customer account information, along with all business activities and communication.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of outside sales experience (preferably in a similar industry).
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry or fuel industry preferred.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Strong creative outlook.
  • Requires the ability to present a professional image and to encourage others to do the same.
  • Requires strong teamwork and flexibility to accomplish goals and department deadlines.
  • Requires strong customer orientation in interacting with and resolving issues in a timely, professional, and positive manner.
  • Requires knowledge of computer software such as Sales Force CRM programs and Microsoft Office Products.
