Customer interaction requires extensive use of customer service skills and a significant degree of decision-making authority.
Employees in the classification work in the following areas:
Essential Education, Skills and EnvironmentEducation and Work ExperienceHigh school diploma (or GED)Prefer minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.Specialized Knowledge and SkillsWill automatically progress through the wage rate scale provided the employee's performance is satisfactory to qualify for advancement.
May be required by Company to pass written and/or proficiency tests covering any of the following qualifications:Typing with acceptable speed and accuracy (35 w.p.m.)/keyboard skills.Aptitude for arithmetical calculations.Ability to operate various office machines and personal computers as required.Equipment and ApplicationsPCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software.Work Environment and Physical DemandsGeneral office environment, no special physical demands required.Contact Center hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including Saturdays and Sundays.
This position requires employees to be flexible to work any shift.May require mandatory overtime.Salary starts at $20.18/Hour.Benefits
