Job Description:

The Talent Manager is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talented candidates for various roles across all business units. They will be instrumental in developing, planning, and implementing effective Talent Acquisition strategies ensuring that we provide an excellent candidate experience. Building a strong employer brand for the company is essential to attract top talent in the regions we serve.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Promote and implement a sustainable and duplicatable talent acquisition strategy consistent across all regions

• Strictly follow and enforce the recruitment and selection process to ensure uniformity across all regions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and processing candidates)

• Educate hiring managers on the available talent pool, recruiting best practices, and their role in supporting the Company’s hiring policies, practices, and values

• Regularly meet with all business units to understand their needs for candidates

• Support the ongoing development of the Company’s high-performance culture by partnering with regional teams to develop strategies to attract top talent

• Execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates

• Clearly understand the hiring needs of all business units and provide employee hiring forecasts

• Visit career and job fairs at schools and/or Universities to establish and promote our brand to create a pipeline of college graduates to join Park West

• Schedule, organize, and attend upcoming recruitment events (Career Fairs, Job Fairs, etc.)

• Work with the StratComm team on social media campaigns for hiring

• Utilize the BSS for accurate candidate tracking, notes, and correspondence. i.e. (applications, offer letters, background checks, and driver DMV reports)

• Work with HR to ensure they have the proper documentation for candidate Onboarding

• Stay relevant to industry trends and look for ways to enhance and differentiate Park West from other competitors

Job Skills/Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in corporate recruiting

• Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Sociology, or related field

• Excellent time management, writing, and oral communication skills 5/16/2023

• Enjoys meeting new people and developing relationships

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

• Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills

• Spanish speaking/bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
