Park Royal Hospital is a state-of-the-art facility outfitted with cutting edge technology and safety features. Our private free-standing 126-bed psychiatric hospital and our outpatient team provides life-changing care for adults 18 years and older and senior adults for individuals battling depression, anxiety, mood disorders, memory problems, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other mental illnesses as well as co-occurring substance abuse disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers to develop staffing and performance plans for the staff.
• Provide feedback to staff on their job performance.
• Ensure that all staff members complete their assigned tasks and projects on time.
• Communicate with staff about changes to policies and procedures.
• Work closely with human resources to manage severance pay, benefits, and retirement policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
