Job description
Park Point Marina Inn, Duluth's #1 Award Winning Waterfront Hotel Resort, is now accepting applications for a Front Desk Representative. Our AAA 3 Diamond hotel is looking for a friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented team member. The hotel is a 7 year consecutive (2015-2021) National Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence Award winner. Come be a part of our great award winning team and work in a Hotel Resort with a relaxing atmosphere. On bus route.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests
- Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests
- Answers inquires pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and travel directions
- Offers and properly handles requests for wake-up calls
- Makes guest reservations
- All other duties as assigned
