Job Duties:

• Prepares monthly operating statements and reports.
• Maintains the general ledger.
• Maintains GL account reconciliations and month end processes.
• Reconciles bank accounts, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks.
• Maintains and follows up with accounts receivable collections.
• Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
• Assist internal customers with needs related to accounting processes and procedures.

• Bachelors degree in accounting, or related field, required.
• At least three years of related experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
• Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.
