The Role…

· To listen and understand the customer’s needs and wants and pair them with the perfect boat or waverunner!

· Use your knowledge of the Park Marine inventory to be able to meet the needs of the customer.

· Assist customers every step of the way, from picking out the perfect boat, providing them with the proper accessories and add-ons to make boating more pleasurable, to explaining extended service contracts and financing to make sure the process of buying their dream boat is convenient and seamless.

· Prioritize time to expand product knowledge and increase presence on social media.

Main Duties…

- Listen and understand customer needs and assist them through the buying process.

- Communication amongst the team and with customers

- Gaining product knowledge

- Generating sales leads via phone, email, and social media

- Follow up with customers after the sale

Qualifications…

- Strong desire to be successful.

- Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships.

- Sales and customer service experience-marine sales not required.

- Good listening skills, strong customer service skills, and good communication skills

- Highly self-motivated

- Good computer skills and knowledge of social media

- Strong organizational & creative problem-solving skills

- Demonstrate attention to detail.

Compensation…

Budgeted range of $[ 50,000] – [ 100,000]. Exact pay will be determined based on the experience of candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
