UPS Store Sales Associate Job Description
We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at the UPS store. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales in our store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to and understand customers' needs and provide solutions and recommendations
- Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
- Process inbound and outbound packages
- Provide customers with shipping, printing, and packaging services
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and targets
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling preferred
