Job Description - BARTENDER
Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the club. Park House Bar team will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.
To succeed on our team as a bartender, you should have a neat appearance and engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
Job Description - COCKTAIL SERVER
Your title will be Cocktail Server and you will report to the Company’s General Manager and/or Restaurant Manager.
· As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the lounge areas, you will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for guests in the Club.
· Overseeing table maintenance with special attention to sanitation and order
· Making menu suggestions and describe food dishes and drinks to guests
· Take/serve orders, answer questions, and upsell other menu items
· Delivering food and drinks to tables
· Collaborate with other restaurant servers, cocktail staff and kitchen/bar staff
· Be enthusiastic towards members by learning their names and expressing an interest in building a rapport.
· Builds relationships with members and assists members with connecting with one another.
· Provide membership, programming, and events information in an accurate and courteous manner.
· Handles and resolves membership concerns and informs supervisor(s) of any unusual situations unresolved issues.
