We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wash Bay Technician to join our team. As a Wash Bay Technician, you will be responsible for providing professional cleaning and maintenance services for vehicles and equipment. Your primary focus will be on washing, detailing, and ensuring the cleanliness of vehicles, both internally and externally. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles and equipment, including washing, drying, and vacuuming interiors, as well as waxing, buffing, and polishing exteriors.

• Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as tire pressure checks, fluid level inspections, and light bulb replacements, as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers when required.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and respecting customer privacy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in vehicle cleaning, detailing, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality cleaning results.
• Familiarity with different cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in vehicle detailing.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings, as required.
• Valid driver's license.
