Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team at Paris Baguette. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for food and hospitality, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the bakery-café, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality service and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting environment for customers and staff.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to implement promotions, marketing initiatives, and product launches.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role within the food service industry, preferably in a bakery or café setting.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
