Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to the cafe, providing an excellent customer service experience.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to customer specifications.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including bakery products and coffee blends.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe area, including the counters, seating areas, and equipment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of products and supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred.
• A passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about our products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsabilidades:

Requisitos:

• Capacidad para trabajar eficientemente en un ambiente de alto ritmo.
• Flexibilidad para trabajar en varios turnos, incluidas mañanas tempranas, fines de semana y festivos.
