We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Marketing Senior Manager to be at the forefront of transforming how we engage and empower our consultant partners, employer members, and sales teams. This role is designed for a dynamic individual with a strong background in B2B sales enablement, particularly within healthcare broker/channel marketing. This role will report to the Head of Product Marketing.

Content Development: Skilled in developing compelling messaging and sales enablement materials that drive customer behavior to meet business goals.
- Change Management: Skilled in building relationships, training cross-functional teams, and holding leaders accountable to drive organizational change including adoption of new technologies and processes
- Challenges the status quo: Creativity in conceptualizing and developing tools and processes that drive continuous improvement
Sales Enablement and Strategy: · Spearhead the development of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and refined messaging strategies tailored to meet business objectives.
· Create comprehensive sales enablement materials that empower the sales team and enhance overall effectiveness. Campaign and Event Development:
· Conceptualize and implement a 'Meeting in a Box' toolkit to optimize the preparation and follow-up processes for events, webinars, and regional meetings.
· Implement a weekly reporting mechanism to track and analyze engagement and business impact with a goal of increasing future accountability and continuous improvement.
Channel and Relationship Management: ·
Develop channel marketing strategies to educate and build relationships with our consultant partners. ·
Deepen engagement with high-value accounts by launching new account based marketing programs.
Sales Enablement Tech Stack Deployment & Analytics: ·
Successfully launch and manage a comprehensive sales enablement tech stack. This system should serve as the central repository for all sales enablement materials, ensuring consistency and accessibility across the sales organization.
Continuously assess and refine marketing tools and investments based on data-driven feedback and market dynamics.
Requirements
·Minimum of five years of B2B sales enablement experience, specifically within the healthcare sector and involving broker/channel marketing.
· Demonstrated strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
· Must be willing to travel at least 25% of the time to meet business needs.
