This role manages the employee life-cycle, beginning with recruitment and ending with employee separation. This includes onboarding, payroll and benefits, unemployment, Worker’s Comp, ADA and CT FMLA. The HROP develops and leads human resources practices and objectives in staff training, performance management, and employee relations and policy that support a collaborative workforce. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for general office and operations management, including ordering supplies, and overseeing vendor support such as the IT service provider, office equipment rentals, and general contractors. The incumbent will also provide administrative support to the Executive Director (ED) as requested.
