Responsibilities of Human Resource Manager:

  • Oversee all aspects of the human resources department
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns related to company policies.
  • Help the organization attract, develop, and retain the top talent
  • Collaborate with PEO to manage payroll and benefits for employees
  • Represent the company at community events and job fairs.
  • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to create a compelling and engaging experience for employees to improve engagement, retention, productivity, and the overall employee experience.
  • Occasional domestic travel

Qualifications of Human Resource Manager:

  • Previous experience as a Human Resources Manager highly preferred willing to look at candidates with a solid amount of experience in many aspects of the Human Resource department
  • Computer literate (Proficient with Word & Excel, Google Workspace)
  • Familiar with OSHA standards required
  • BA degree in human resources or related field required
  • Willing to Re-locate/commute to Moses Lake, WA required
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Self- motivated and works without supervision and able to maintain confidentiality
  • 4 years of Human Resource experience preferred
  • Experience with recruiting preferred
