CAREGIVERS NEEDED FOR:
WEEKEND WORK / HOURLY AND LIVE IN
4-6 HOUR SHIFTS
CAREGIVERS WHO LIVE IN PALM BEACH COUNTY/BROWARD COUNTY
MUST HAVE:
Physical within the last 6 months (must state you are free from communicable diseases)
Current CPR card from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Drivers License (MUST drive and have own car)
Social Security Card
Level 2 Background check
CEU's (HIV/Alzheimer's/Assisting with Medications)
HHA Certificate or CNA License
2 Professional References, preferably from a family you have worked with
Professional Liability Insurance (if you do not have this it can be purchased when you start work)
Palm Beach County Caregiver ID Badge (if you have it)
VACCINE CARD (NOT REQUIRED)
