We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to Par 3 Entertainment is a new and unique woman owned establishment in Adams, Wisconsin that combines on one property a tavern/restaurant, liquor store, with future growth plans to integrate an 18 hole mini-golf course within the next year. Our venue offers a dynamic environment where customers can enjoy a variety of experiences, from socializing over drinks at the bar, enjoying a bite to eat to purchasing liquor in our retail building and soon, enjoying a round of mini-golf. .

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced weekend Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our patrons. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area

- Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements

- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service

- Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations

- Familiarity with retail math for handling cash transactions

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Experience with point-of-sale systems is desirable

- Excellent sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials

- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide help when needed
