Par 3 Entertainment is a small women-owned business in Adams, WI. We are professional, agile and our goal is to combine on one property a tavern/restaurant, liquor store, with future growth plans to integrate an 18 hole mini-golf course within the next year. Our venue offers a dynamic environment where customers can enjoy a variety of experiences, from socializing over drinks at the bar, enjoying a bite to eat to purchasing liquor in our retail building and soon, enjoying a round of mini-golf.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Summer team as Food Runners, Bussers and barback (stocking ice and beer for our bartenders) at our lively tavern. The summer will bring lots of pizza and drink orders for people enjoying the patio (and inside bar). Candidates will be responsible to deliver food and drinks to the correct tables, and help with table clean up. They may also be asked to pitch in when needed with food prep and dish washing. The ideal candidates will be energetic, friendly, organized, and committed to providing exceptional service to our patrons.

Responsibilities:

Food Running:

• Promptly and accurately deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables.
• Ensure that each dish matches the order and meets quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and servers to facilitate smooth food delivery.

Table Bussing:

• Clear and reset tables in a timely manner to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Dispose of trash and used dishes appropriately.
• Assist servers in ensuring that tables are properly set with utensils, napkins, and condiments.

Customer Service:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a courteous manner.
• Assist servers and bartenders as needed to enhance the overall dining experience.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the front-of-house team to coordinate service and address any customer needs or concerns.
• Maintain open communication with fellow staff members to ensure efficient workflow.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including floors, windows, furniture and bathrooms
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as refilling condiment stations and restocking supplies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
