About Us:

Par 3 Entertainment is a new and unique woman owned establishment in Adams, Wisconsin that combines on one property a tavern/restaurant, liquor store, with future growth plans to integrate an 18 hole mini-golf course within the next year. Our venue offers a dynamic environment where customers can enjoy a variety of experiences, from socializing over drinks at the bar, enjoying a bite to eat to purchasing liquor in our retail building and soon, enjoying a round of mini-golf.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the opening of and day-to-day operations of our tavern and liquor store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the customer experience, managing staff, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting in the preparation for the opening of the mini-golf course. This position offers the possibility of growth for the right candidate over the next several years as our business offering and operations grow. Par 3 Entertainment is looking for the right person to be our right hand and oversee operations for it’s Wisconsin native owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the tavern and liquor store, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Hiring, training, and supervising staff, including bartenders, kitchen/runners, stock persons, and retail associates.
  • Create and implement efficient work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards throughout the establishment, including the bar area, dining spaces, and retail floor.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the off-site owners on marketing initiatives, business planning, and inventory management.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the mini-golf course opening, including staffing, marketing, and operational logistics.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and reinforce company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure revenue for each shift is accounted for, tips are handled correctly and daily reports balance
  • Monitor financial goals, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including liquor laws and health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant, tavern or liquor store setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices and experience with ordering and stock control systems.
  • Familiarity with applicable regulations and compliance requirements for liquor sales and food service operations. Must have a liquor operators license or be willing to obtain one with owners assistance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting preferred.
