Pappy's Place in Rochester, MN is looking for one night time lead cook to join our 31 person strong team. We are located on 1635 Hwy 52 N. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Lead cook is responsible for preparing all cooked foods and must be able to preform all stations functions flat top, friers, grill, pantry as well as follow recipes and production responsibilities.
• Monitor work of other cooks to ensure procedures and finished product meets quality and sanitation standards.
• Works with chef and front of house staff to ensure the operations of the restaurant are running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Top pay for the right candidate
• Be able to speak English
• Have minimum of 3 year cooking experience
• perform all duties in the kitchen
