K&L Services is a small growing company that provides rewinding and slitting services for a variety of industries. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Job Overview:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance on our equipment, troubleshooting issues that arise, and ensuring that our production processes run smoothly. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our equipment is functioning properly and that we meet our production goals.

Reports to: Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as they arise.
• Building & ground maintenance
• Work with production team to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Provide a yearly maintenance budget
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
