Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing administrative and finance support to Corporate Facilities including Corporate Restaurants. The position will research, track, code and process invoices. In conjunction with the Regional Development Managers, the Corporate Facilities Administrator will also ensure that the appropriate maintenance of each facility is maintained (work with asset ledgers, accrue repair & maintenance, parking lots sealing and striping, regular oven cleanings, preventive maintenance, floor treatments, etc.).
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for tracking repair, maintenance and capital expenses for Corporate Facilities
Process, track, and code all corporate restaurant maintenance and repair invoices
Management of detail paperwork involving Asset disposal/ Asset Transfer/ Bill of Sale/ Invoices for payment
Track all maintenance and/or repair work in Corporate Restaurants and Facilities which includes but isn’t limited to / oven cleanings / HVAC PMs; Parking Lot Seal and Stripe and Exterior painting
Manage restaurant equipment warranty start and end dates for extended warranty payment verification
Manage the logistics of restaurant equipment for both corporate and franchise stores
Process and provide ACH setup, W-9 and confidentiality agreements for any new security officers
Provide administrative support to the VP of Development as well as others within the development department
