Position Title: Team Leader

Objective:

To oversee the produce department, leading the team in maintaining the highest standards of freshness, quality, and customer service. The Produce Team Leader ensures operational excellence in the produce section, including product presentation, inventory management, and team member performance.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage the produce team, ensuring all members are trained, motivated, and working towards common goals.
• Oversee the quality and freshness of produce, implementing rigorous standards and regular quality checks.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering stock, conducting audits, and minimizing waste.
• Develop and maintain attractive produce displays to enhance customer shopping experiences.
• Address customer inquiries and feedback with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues with a 'Yes I Can' attitude.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure the produce department's success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,800.00 - $68,800.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
