Objective: To oversee the daily operations of the Deli department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality and service. This role involves managing the deli team, maintaining product quality, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving departmental goals.

What You Will Do:

• Lead, train, and manage the Deli team, setting performance standards and monitoring progress.
• Ensure the Deli department operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality, freshness, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking deli products.
• Implement merchandising and promotional strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Address customer feedback and concerns, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,170.00 - $47,250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
