As a full-time Plumbing Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative - CSR at Panther Brands in Austell, GA , you play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while helping to drive company sales.

You work closely with our customers and field team, ensuring our technicians get where they need to go, and our clients remain happy!

This dispatch position pays $9-$11 per booked call. You'll earn salary performance pay. You will be training for the first 2 weeks at $15 per hour which will be completed in the office with no weekly booking bonus, completed revenue bonus, or service agreement bonus.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR

In this full-time dispatching position, you are a vital member of our team! Each day, you arrive at the office ready to keep our business running smoothly.

You assist customers and schedule work appointments by promptly answering inbound phone calls and making outbound calls.

Friendly and capable, you thoroughly listen to everything our customers tell you, ensuring they receive the correct services.

Organized and efficient, you dispatch our field technicians to the appropriate job.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR

• Experience with a home service company is preferred
• Experience with a large volume of incoming / outgoing calls is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent typing and phone skills
• Good driving record
