We're looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead the way in the aggregate industry!

In this role, you'll wear many hats and be a key player in ensuring our projects within the aggregate industry are successful.

• Be the Design Mastermind: Utilize your AutoCAD expertise to create designs and drawings for aggregate processing facilities and infrastructure, while leveraging internal and external resources for larger projects.
• Become a Construction Site Inspector: Provide oversight and inspections during construction of aggregate processing plants, haul roads, and other industry-specific structures, ensuring projects meet key objectives and deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Craft Winning Bids: Prepare comprehensive bid packages tailored to the specific needs of the aggregate industry and manage construction contracts to secure the best deals for our company.
• Keep Everyone Informed: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, keeping them apprised of strategies, adjustments, and progress on aggregate industry projects.
• Represent Us with Confidence: Be our company representative when interacting with industry associations, government officials, and public agencies specific to the aggregate industry.

Here's what will qualify you to be a part of our team:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Mining Engineering degrees with substantial experience in civil/mechanical/project management will also be considered.
• License: A PE license is a plus.

Experience:

• 5 years of project management experience specifically in the aggregate industry.
• Strong understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices within the aggregate industry.
• Proven track record of completing aggregate industry projects on time, within budget, and according to scope.
• In-depth knowledge of concrete and steel design, building codes, and construction practices relevant to the aggregate industry (e.g., crushing equipment foundations, conveyor systems).
• Experience with project scoping, estimating, and managing projects of varying scales and complexities within the aggregate industry.
• Technical Skills: You'll be comfortable using AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership: Be a decisive leader who fosters collaboration to achieve company goals within the aggregate industry.
• Organization: Break down strategic goals into clear, actionable steps specific to aggregate industry projects.
• Problem-Solving: Think creatively, solve problems effectively, and be detail-oriented, particularly with regards to aggregate processing equipment and infrastructure.
• Communication: Articulate information clearly and actively listen to others.
• Integrity: Be a person of high moral character, act ethically, and hold yourself and others accountable.
• Safety: Prioritize safety in all activities and uphold the highest standards for protecting people and the environment, especially in the context of aggregate processing operations.
