As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will partner closely across Client Service & Implementations, Operations, Technology, business transformation leadership, product owners, and technology to deliver product solutions necessary to integrate systems, store and transform data, as well as visualize reporting. The Data Integration Product Manager will support the Client Service and Implementations (CS&I) products and enable modern system-to-system integration architecture. Job responsibilities:Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwn, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuild the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityInvestigate and define detailed current state and target state data flows across front, middle, and back office applicationsRationalize data requirements across stakeholders and applications; identify and resolve gaps in data requirements Write Jira stories and epics in support of data integration product development, adhering to agile hygiene standardsAnalyze complex data issues, understand requirements, review data analysis, make recommendations, and facilitate group discussions with stakeholders to syndicate proposed solutionsDevelop data integration subject matter expertise and use this expertise to support partners with the strategy and execution of technical and business deliverablesAttend product and tech integration stand-up meetings as well as facilitate discovery meetings to understand business process, technology, integrations and business objectivesAssist in evaluating new data sources for consumption into strategic data sources as well as necessary data validation and rulesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaBachelors degree or equivalent experience Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExcellent data analysis skills Experience using JiraRobust approach to solutioning / problem-solving and leverages business acumen to deliver effective solutionsExperience using modern data tools used for data transformation and reporting beyond Excel/Access (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau)Robust approach to solutioning / problem-solving and leverages business acumen to deliver effective solutionsAbility to prioritize effectively among competing goals Ability to handle multiple assignments and be proactivePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven track record with multi-faceted payment platforms and payment applications for large and mid-tier enterprise businesses
