Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of the medical office.

Duties :

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Verify patient information and update records in the electronic medical system
• Manage patient check-in and check-out process
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with the medical team to provide exceptional patient service

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy
