Today we seek a Maintenance Technician for our property, The Mews, 352 apartment homes in Durham, NC who will be responsible for the upkeep of the property through the repair and maintenance of buildings and support equipment.THIS POSITION OFFERS A 50% RENTAL DISCOUNT ON AN APT AT THE MEWS!
We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in some of the following areas:
- General Building Repair
- Plumbing
- Appliance Repair
- Electrical
- HVAC
- In areas where you may lack skills, Palms can provide training!
