Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in carpentry, handyman work, and maintenance, along with basic plumbing and electrical skills, and be adept with various tools.
This position offers up to 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with potential for full-time hours in the near future.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in carpentry, handyman work, and maintenance.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable using a range of tools.
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor electrical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Execute fixture installations and minor repairs with precision.
- Perform general handyman tasks including painting, minor drywall repair, and furniture assembly.
- Address routine maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with basic plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks and replacing fixtures.
- Handle minor electrical issues like lamp replacement and simple troubleshooting.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Coordinate tasks and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
