A Registered Nurse License in the state of California, CPR/BLS Certification and current Negative TB Test are required for the position.

- With at least 1 year of experience in acute care
- Home Health experience is a plus
- Reliable vehicle
- Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Covid19 Vaccination Record / Signed Religious Exemption Form
- Flu Shot/signed Declination form
- Hep B test result/Signed Declination Form
- Immunizations (TDaP, MMR, Varicella)
