Per Diem:
We offer up to $110.00 to $125.00 per visit depending on what type the Full IRS of $0.67 a mile (mileage reimbursement)

An Occupational Therapist License in the state of California, CPR/BLS Certification and current Negative TB Test are required for the position.

- Reliable vehicle
- Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Covid19 Vaccination Record / Signed Religious Exemption Form
- Flu Shot / signed Declination form
- Hep B test result / Signed Declination Form
- Immunizations (TDaP, MMR, Varicella)
