We are seeking an experienced LISW, LPCC, or IMFT to join our growing team as the Manager of Child and Adolescent Counseling Services for our location in Lorain County!

This is a full time opportunity that reports directly to the Director of Counseling Services. The candidate chosen will have the general responsibility for Administrative and program planning, supervision and clinical oversight of the Child and Adolescent Outpatient, School Based Programs, and Intensive Home Based Therapy(IHBT). This position is responsible for the provision of services that meet the needs of clients, customers, constituents, and the community in compliance with performance and production standards and with requirements of regulatory bodies and/or contracts utilizing an approach that is trauma-informed.

Requirements:

• Must possess Independent License from the state of Ohio as an LISW, LPCC, or IMFT.
• 5 years of clinical experience providing behavioral health services to children and adolescent
• 2 years of supervisory experience
