Behavioral Health Clinical Social Worker - Part-time or Full-time and Hybrid

Location: Highland Hills an Westlake

Schedule: Flexible schedule M-F and 2 evening shifts required.

Our team is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Social Worker within the Family Support Services Department, part-time or full-time and hybrid schedule is available.

Responsibilities:

• Provides psychosocial assessments, including ability to diagnose psychological, behavioral and emotional disorders.
• Conducts screenings through client/family interviews.
• Provides behavioral health counseling and interventions based on client’s needs identified within Individualized Service Plan.
• Collaborate with internal and/or external service providers to support progress toward identified goals and objectives within Individualized Service Plan.
• Facilitates community linkages, outreach, education, advocacy and networking to promote and enhance behavioral health programming and services.
• Provides consultation, education, advocacy, and community outreach services, as requested.
• Completes any/all required documentation accurately within expected timelines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program.
• Active licensure in the State of Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker
• Minimum of (1) year of successful experience working directly with individuals with mental health challenges or emotional disturbances and complex family systems through providing individual, family and/or group counseling in a clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to guide and support best practices standards and clinical care in working with children, youth, adults with disabilities and their families

Preferred Requirements

• Work Experience of (3) years working directly with individuals with mental health challenges or emotional disturbances and complex family systems through providing individual, family and/or group counseling in a clinical setting.
• Active licensure in the State of Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker, LISW, LPCC, LISW-S
