The Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce is a dynamic and influential organization that represents the interests of businesses, professionals, and the broader community in Palm Harbor, Florida. We are dedicated to enhancing economic vitality, fostering business development, and promoting a thriving community. Our mission is to provide resources, advocacy, and networking opportunities to empower local businesses and contribute to the sustainable growth within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a strategic vision to promote economic development and growth within Palm Harbor.

Lead efforts to enhance the Chamber's influence and engagement with local businesses, government agencies, and stakeholders.

• Advocacy and Representation

Advocate for the interests of our members with our local dignitaries actively participating in policy discussions and initiatives.

Represent the Chamber as a credible and influential voice in the community, fostering partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders and county leadership.

• Financial Stewardship

Oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring prudent management of resources and budgetary planning.

Drive revenue growth through membership development, fundraising, and sponsorship opportunities.

• Member Engagement and Services

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs and providing valuable resources and services to meet those needs.

Enhance membership value through innovative programs, events, and initiatives that drive member satisfaction and engagement.

• Operational Excellence

Provide effective organizational leadership, fostering a positive work environment and a high-performing team.

Ensure efficient and streamlined operations, implementing best practices to optimize productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, public administration, marketing or a related field.

Proven experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, and advocacy.

Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships within the community.

Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.

Strong communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.

Visionary mindset with the ability to inspire and mobilize teams toward common goals.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
