As a Customer Service Representative - CSR, you are the first point of contact for our valued clients. Each day, you answer our ringing phones with a smile, scheduling appointments efficiently while providing excellent customer service. You competently assist in routing and scheduling services effectively. Throughout the day, you handle collection calls with professionalism and care, ensuring our clients feel valued and supported.
