Core Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain effective procedures and controls over Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense
- Ensure the Accounts Payable and Expense team is operating optimally
- Lead invoice work-flow process for approvals, timeliness, and accuracy
- Engage with internal partners across the business and external parties with a high degree of customer service
- Reviewing and analyzing expenses and handle internal escalations
- Assist in quarterly reviews, periodic audits and prepare month end reconciliations
- Establish team goals, key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive both operational capabilities and process improvements
What We Value
- 7 years of work experience
- 3 years of Accounts Payable operational experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, and outcome-oriented environment
- Excellent leadership skills and clear long term vision for Accounts Payable function
- Experience in optimizing scalable processes with an emphasis on leveraging the finance systems
- Ability to optimally prioritize (and re-prioritize) tasks with varying levels of relative urgency
- Solid understanding of Netsuite, Coupa, and Concur is a plus
