Job Summary:
- Maintain security and safety through regular patrols
- Act as a visible deterrent to illegal activities
- Enforce rules, regulations, and procedures
- Respond to security assistance needs during emergencies
- Provide excellent customer care and assistance to the public
- Manage escalated situations empathetically
- Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
- Prevent unauthorized access and respond to incidents
- Monitor closed-circuit television for security issues
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Proficiency in using computer systems and applications
- Must be 21 years old and possess an ACT 235 Security License
Education and Experience:

- Active Security license or ability to obtain one
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing
- Foot patrol
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Stay alert at all times
