_ Responsibilities:_
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized activity
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and alarms
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, customers, and staff
- Complete detailed incident reports as necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred
- Excellent communication and observational skills
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in stressful situations
- Strong integrity and ethical conduct
- Availability for weekend shifts required, with flexibility for occasional additional shifts
